Rest assured you did not mess up. It is important to remember with cleansing that everyone is different and may react differently to different cleansing programs/ingredients. That said, yes – you were correct about the CleanseMORE. It is recommended for those with occasional constipation or problems with a sluggish bowel, though it is not *required* as part of the Organic Total Body Cleanse program. Because OTBC contains a milder colon-cleansing component than some of our other cleanses (such as CleanseSMART), CleanseMORE will often provide the added stimulation needed for a sluggish bowel, which is why we include the sample packets. However, it is fine that you began taking it toward the end of your cleansing program.

Based on what you have said, it sounds like you may indeed be having a problem with sluggish elimination, and drinking plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces every day) is a good start. Diet and lifestyle also play an important role in healthy bowel function, so keep up with your healthy diet and try to exercise as often as possible (most experts recommend at least 30 minutes a day, 3 times each week) even though you may not always be motivated to be active.

Finally, check out our Learning Center for more information about what causes constipation and the natural solutions available. In addition to cleansing, we recommend taking a daily fiber supplement as well as an oil supplement to soothe and lubricate the bowel. You may also benefit from taking a daily high-potency probiotic with plenty of Bifidobacteria (the most prevalent good bacteria in a healthy colon) to support a balanced digestive system and promote regularity. Good luck and good health!

i just finished Organic Total Body Cleanse, it come with three packets of CleanseMore.. I did the first week not understanding that I was to take the Cleansmore the first three days, it was my impression that i was to take those only if i was having sluggish elimination.  I am also takeing Flax Smart too.   Ok so here is what happened, on the third day my elmination was stringy, (sorry for the graphics)..  then no more... I went back to the healthstore where I purchased the product and they said I was to take the CleansMore for the first three days... so back I started the that evening... on the third day, gas and some minimal elimination.. Now it is the end of the cleansing... and still no daily elimination, alot of gas.. but nothing..   Oh, and I drink alot of water as the instructions recommended,  (but mine was filtered)

Did i mess things up by not following it correctly to begin with?  Or is this just not for me?

Just a side note, my reason for the cleansing was my interest in cleaning out bad toxins, was feeling sluggish, not wanting to keep up my exercise regimen..    my diet consisted of egg whites, fresh fruit and veggies, salmon, chicken, no dairy, well a sneak of string cheese. If I ate carbs, whole wheat grain, no white, no gluten....

Any advise would be great.

Thanks
