Diarrhea while on Paragone

OfflineWe recommend doing 2 kits of ParaGone total to get optimal results. I'd suggest 4weeks on ParaGone, a five day break, then another kit for 4 weeks at half strength. There's nothing wrong with taking it at half potency. As far as when you'd know you've cleansed enough, it's different for everyone. Some people will notice improvement of symptoms 4-7 days into the process, others experience this only after the second phase of the cleanse.
I would suggest just continuing to listen to your body and be sure to drink lots of water, consume enough fiber and keep track of the symptoms and how you're progressing.
Good luck and thanks again for being interested in our products.

OfflineDiarrhea is a concern. Normally what we tell people to expect while cleansing is softer or looser stool, but not diarrhea. It's normal for people to eliminate more while cleansing, and yes it is a sign that the cleanse is effective, but diarrhea is not a healthy sign. You could be reacting negatively to one or more of the ingredients in the cleanse. If you're still experiencing diarrhea, please stop the ParaGone. You can go back and try it again once you've had time to recuperate.
If you decide to try ParaGone again, you can definitely stay at half the dose for as long as you need. Normally it's suggested to do the kit for 2 weeks, take and 5 day break then start the cleanse again for another 2 weeks. If you're doing half strenth, you can do this with just one box.
Everyone is different in how they react to cleansing so just take it slow and see how you do. Since you seem to be somewhat sensitive to the cleanse, try to make it through the recommended 4 weeks (with that 5 day break in between) at half strength only.
I want to stress to you that fainting, diarrhea and other severe symptoms should not be ignored. If you experience these symptoms, please stop taking the cleanse. You may also want to consult a natural health practitioner to see if he or she can work with you individually to determine the proper herbal combination to address any other health issues.

OfflineThanks very much for your reply.
I'm still a bit concerned about the diarrhea. Could it be a good thing and a sign of my body trying to clear toxins out?
As I'm obviously reacting to the Paragone, should I do a month on the half dosage? Or try and up the dosage to full dose before then? I was intending to do 2 months on it. How do you know when you've done enough and it's time to stop it?
I forgot to say that during the first 3 days on Paragone, I also nearly fainted once whilst feeling sick and dizzy (not something I've had before). It passed but I assumed it had somthing to do with the cleansing process.
Thanks again for your help.

OfflineHeadaches are a typical reaction to using a cleanse, particularly when cleansing with ParaGone. The ingredients in ParaGone directly target harmful microbes, like parasites and yeast in the body. These microbes contain toxins, like ammonia for example, and so when they are cleansed from the system, these toxins circulate and contribute to what we call "cleansing reactions." Many people experience headaches, fatigue, even flu-like symptoms during the first 3-5 days of a cleanse, so this is what we'd consider a normal cleansing response. These reactions do taper off though, so you should be experiencing fewer and less severe symptoms as you continue on.
Persistent diarrhea is not a typical reaction, so cutting back the dose is definitely smart. Consume more fiber and drink more water also to help mitigate the cleansing reactions. You might also consider taking a product like AbsorbMore Toxins to help bind to the toxins that causing these unpleasant symptoms. AbsorbMore toxins contains charcoal which is used medicinally to bind to unwanted substances in the body so this may make the difference for you.
Good luck and thanks so much for your interest in our products.

OfflineI started Paragone on half strength (7drops + 1cap x 3 a day). Had a migraine for first 3 days – I do get them, may just have been coincidence. Had a break of one day. I resumed the Paragone on half strength and am 3 days in, and am waking with a headache. I take my usual headache pills for it and it is going later in the day. I am going to the toilet twice a day (more frequent than usual) but yesterday it was loose, today it was more diarrhea-like. I reduced the dosage today to twice a day because of it.
Are the headaches a sign that the Paragone is working?
Is the diarrhea a sign that the Paragone is working or does it just mean that the herbal ingredients are not agreeing with me (I do have quite a sensitive system)?
Should I persevere with the half-strength dosage 3 times a day if I continue getting the diarrhea?
