It really has to do with your personal preference, since all three formulas will help jumpstart your weight loss efforts by working to eliminate toxins from the body. In short, toxins are commonly stored in the body’s fat cells, and they can affect healthy weight loss by slowing down metabolism, decreasing the body’s ability to burn fat, and slowing down the time it takes for you to feel full after a meal.
That said, CleanseSMART is a more comprehensive (total-body) formula designed to deeply cleanse all 7 channels of elimination and promote optimal health. DIET Start focuses primarily on weight loss and using stored fat for energy, and it contains a proven natural weight loss aid called Svetol that supports healthy sugar metabolism. It also contains a milder colon cleanse component than CleanseSMART, but since you said you do not have a problem with constipation, that should not be an issue.
Flush & Be Fit may be the best choice for you because, like CleanseSMART, it is a total-body formula, but it was developed exclusively for women to help address common concerns such as weight gain, belly bloat, low energy, and even stress and irritability. Flush & Be Fit also contains a potent digestive enzyme blend along with 4 billion active probiotic cultures, which together may help relieve your occasional gas and bloating. Good luck, and remember you can also contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-830-1800 if you have any more questions or need additional guidance throughout your cleansing journey.

I'm just finishing up First Cleanse, and I wanted to continue with a second cleanse. I began with First Cleanse since I had never done a cleanse. I do not have an issue with constipation usually (unless I eat a chemically-laden food) but I do have occasional bloating and gas. Luckily First Cleanse has gotten my bloat under control.
Now, my goal is to lose some weight yet also continue cleansing. I am torn between Flush and Be Fit, Diet Start, and Cleanse Smart. Can some one offer some advice as to which product to use?
