It's sounds as though you're doing just great! Many people incorrectly expect all sorts of experiences when they cleanse. That expectation (of unpleasant situations) is why many people won't consider the experience.
A Total Body Cleanse is designed to support and open the seven channels of elimination. The goal is for the channels to work more efficiently. When your liver is working well, you don't really notice it. Same with lungs, kidneys, and even your colon.
Additionally, this cleanse is not designed for weight loss, although sometimes when people cleanse, and especially when they shift their diets too, they do experience weight loss. And if you're losing weight normally and healthfully from your dietary change, that will happen slowly over time.
Congratulations! Total Body Cleansing is a great first step. You can read more about further cleansing here – http://www.renewlife.com/learn…..all-health and here http://www.renewlife.com/learn…..nsing-faqs

I have been taking Total Body Cleanse for 6 days now. The first day was the only day I noticed any results: after Step 1 (detox), my abdomen had a "fluttery" sensation and I moved my bowels 4 times. Since that day, I have not had any physical symptoms and my bowel movements have slowed to 1-2x daily.
At about day 4, I started supplementing with the CleanseMORE capsules enclosed in the package. There has been no noticable change in bowels.
I have also not lost any weight so far, although I have been exercising 5x/week (aerobic and toning) and drinking at least 72 oz. water supplemented with herbal tea and have been replacing much of my diet with raw fruits and vegetables. This makes me think that something is amiss. I am not on any medications that might interfere.
Is there anything appearent that I am doing incorrectly? How can I tell if the cleanse is working other than more frequent BMs and weight loss? I am eager to cleanse my body and I want to ensure success.
