Dear Guest,

I'm so sorry your post wasn't answered sooner.

The best place to go for answers to these types of questions is either to call our Cleansing and Detox Advisors at 800-830-1800 or you can join the Community Forum here on Brenda Watson's site http://bit.ly/rXcAmw, and Ask Brenda. What an excellent cleanse you were experiencing, and yes, it could all be elimination of parasites and toxins, along with mucus.

And how great that you weren't experiencing symptoms at the time too. That means that your eliminative organs were able to keep up with the cleanse.

Good job!

This is gonna be pretty gross (sorry), but here goes:

I have been on ParaGone for about 10 days now with a fairly strict diet (similar to the candida diet) and taking it religiously, and timing each dose between meals. A couple of times I've used a double dose (4 pills 30 drops), and last night I tried a 3p/21d dose before bed. (I'm 6'1" 175)

Now – I haven't passed one normal stool while on this program. Every single one has the following characteristics:

- extremely soft, dark, and slimy with a strong sweet odor

- white strands of what appears to be yeast, sometimes loose and sometimes wrapped around stool

In some, not all:

- small bits of undigested food (corn, black beans, brown rice)

- what appear to be very thin, short, yellowish worms (some extremely small, and a couple of larger ones about 3/4"-1"

- specks similar in appearance to chopped peanuts

Last night I passed something that I tried to identify, but couldn't. It was about 3" and I'm almost certain it was a worm.

As a side note, I'm also experiencing abdominal cramping, stomach bloating, and random pain in joints, shoulder, and back.

I understand that if I'm getting stuff out, I'm going to have some ugly looking stools. But is it going to be every single one? I haven't had a "normal" BM since starting this. Fortunately I've only had diarrhea once.

As far as other symptoms, I have felt a little bit of fatigue and headache from time to time, but nothing crazy.

Am I really getting rid of this much stuff, or could ingredients in ParaGone be causing irritation or allergic reaction?

FYI – other things I'm taking:

approx 80oz purified water daily
1-2x psyllium powder fiber shakes a day
Critical Care 30 billion probiotic
zinc
multivitamin
omega-3 gels
ACV extract
Olive leaf extract
vit C
vit E
calcium citrate
magnesium
Enteric coated garlic extract
