We typically do not recommend fasting, or not eating, during a cleanse. You should eat and drink normally, but try to drink more water and consume more fiber to help enhance overall detoxification.

When you start the colon cleanse do you not eat just drink water?  If so how long do you not eat?

If you can wait a week, that might be best. You can take them at the same time if you like, but generally we suggest just completing one cleanse at a time.

Can I use the 7 day cleanse and the smoker's cleanse at the same time, or should i wait for a week and then start the smokers cleanse?Confused
