I am eleven days into the Candigone cleanse but I haven't noticed any difference other than slightly more energy. I still feel tired and I still have brain fog, vaginal and oral thrush. I'm trying to work out what I might be doing wrong. I am wondering if it's because I am continuing to take the antibiotics (I can't stop or I will get a serious chest infection), or if I have been getting the timings wrong.
I've started taking both doses of antibiotics with breakfast, then a really high dose of probiotics two hours later, and then I'll have Candigone along with food state multi vitamins with lunch. I take the second dose of Candigone with dinner. I realise now that I should have been taking Candigone on an empty stomach and separately from the vitamins, so I am going to correct this and do a second course of Candigone.
Other than this protocol, I can't think why it wouldn't be working. My diet is sugar free and consists of oats with unsweetened almond milk for breakfast, a salad of lettuce, cucumber, avocado, spring onion, lemon or lime juice with organic chicken breast and quinoa and extra virgin olive oil, and I often have the same for dinner or without the chicken and quinoa. For snacks, I have nuts (not peanuts of pistachios), almond or cashew nut butter, pumpkin seeds and kombucha.
