Yes. Colonics help to cleanse the colon but the rest of your body's organs should also be supported. By cleansing the 7 channels of elimination either after or during the time when you're having colonics you're able to get a much more thorough cleanse.

Many colon hydro-therapists will recommend cleansing following a colonic or during the time when you're doing a colonic. Your best bet is to ask your colon hydro-therapist what he/she recommends and whether they have any suggestions for cleansing.

Hi,

I was planning to have a colonic and was wondering if taking a cleansing product was still necessary afterward?
