We recommend taking your fiber supplement with your morning meal, ideally about 30 minutes after taking Part 1 (the morning formula) of your cleansing program. Or, you may take your fiber supplement with your midday meal instead (or at both times if you prefer). This is because it is important that the beneficial cleansing herbs don't get absorbed by the fiber and carried out of the body.

Thank You! Also when should I take Fiber smart.. well actually i bought Organic Triple Fiber instead, they didn't have Fiber smart at the store. Should I incorporate it through out the entire day or just with my evening meal?

Take Part 2 in the evening on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or one hour after your evening meal. Keep in mind that everyone is different and may react differently to the ingredients in CleanseSMART, so it may be that your elimination frequency will increase as time progresses. The colon cleansing component in CleanseSMART contains bowel-stimulating herbs shown to effectively jumpstart a sluggish colon and promote 2 to 3 healthy bowel movements each day. Also, be sure to drink plenty of purified water (at least half your body weight in ounces daily) to properly hydrate the bowel and help flush toxins and waste from the body.


ReNew Life also recommends adding FiberSMART and OilSMART to your cleansing regimen. Fiber helps to absorb toxins that have been released into the intestines from the liver and supports the natural eliminatory function of the bowel. OilSMART helps to soothe and lubricate the bowel to further support healthy elimination.

as soon as i wake up i take part 1.. and eat in 30 min. but when should i take part 2 in the evening? should i take it before i eat or after i eat. i have been taking it before i go to bed. it has been 5 days since I have started and I am only having 1 bowel movement a day. shouldnt i be having more? I am eating very good and exercising well. what should I change?
