Hi Valerie,

It is true that both UF Vaginal Support and UF Critical Care 50 Billion are both critical care probiotics and will provide effective daily support. The difference, however, is the specific bacteria strains in each. UF Vaginal has a high amount of Lactobacilli (45 billion) to support vaginal and urinary tract health especially (since Lactobacilli are the most prevalent good bacteria in a healthy vagina, urinary tract and small intestine). UF Critical Care 50 Billion, on the other hand, contains more Bifidobacteria, which are the most prevalent good bacteria in a healthy large intestine (or colon) and are important for healthy digestion and immune function.

Whether you decide to take one or both, however, we do recommend taking probiotics long-term - that is, every day - for ongoing preventative health as well as to help with specific issues that may be present at certain times.

You may take the CandiGONE cleanse for up to three months consecutively.

Hopefully this helps, and if you have any more questions or if you'd like to speak with one of our Customer Support representatives in person, don't hesitate to call at 1-800-830-1800.

I was told that there was no need to take both Ultimate Vaginal Support and Ultimate Critical Care 50 billion. Will it be okay or do you recommend somthing else to take with Ultimate Critical Care 50 Billion along with the FiberSmart and CandiZyme? Before I started the Ulitmate Flora Critical Care I took a month supply of the Ultimate Vaginal Support - which gave me much relief. How long do I take the Candigone Cleanse? - It will be 2 month's soon.

Yes I took the Vaginal Support before I started the Ultimate Flora 50 billion. And I was treated for a UTI but made another appointment just in case it maybe still present. Do you suggest I take anything else?

We strongly recommend consulting your physician, since your symptoms are so severe and have persisted for so long. Burning/itching while urinating may signal an underlying problem such as a urinary tract infection, so it is best to address the issue now before it gets any worse.

In addition, certainly continue with a healthy diet and continue to pay attention to which foods trigger increased symptoms. Daily supplementation with probiotics, digestive enzymes and fiber is also recommended to help maintain a healthy bacterial balance in the digestive system and urogenital tract. Ultimate Flora Vaginal Support 50 Billion was formulated exclusively for women and contains high amounts of Lactobacilli for optimal vaginal and urinary tract support. Remember also to drink plenty of water – at least half your body weight in ounces every day.

Hi, I have been using candigone since last month on July 7th along with candizyme, fibersmart & ultimate flora critical care 50. I surely can say that I have had great relief. But there's just one problem I am still experiencing, when I urinate I experience a burning itching is there anything to help this situation?  Also how long will I have to continue the diet I have tested myself on certain food's, and when I eat them the itching seems to flair up again. Is there something I'm doing wrong should I be taking something else because I have lost a substantial amount of weight and I really do not chose to lose anymore. Please help me with this condition I have been suffering with this problem since this time last year. And it really got intense in November 2009. I am in a wedding next month and I would love to be able to eat the food because I know everything is not going to be fresh.
