Yes, Green Tea should be fine while on the Candida/parasite diet. You'll notice that we generally discourage caffeinated teas while cleansing for yeast/parasites but the benefits of Green Tea outweigh any concern about the small amount of caffeine. Whey powder should also be fine, just examine the supplement facts and ingredients for any sweeteners. As you've read, sugars, whether natural or unnatural, are not recommended on this diet.

Is green tea allowed while on this cleanse and diet?

Also, what about whey protein powder?
