I'm so glad you've written.
Everyone's body is unique, and cleansing reactions vary from person to person. All that you describe is well within what can frequently occur when cleansing.
That said, if uncomfortable symptoms persist for more than a few days, it's often a great idea to either discontinue the cleanse and wait until the symptoms subside to resume, or else decrease your dose, often dropping to a half dose, and see if that's more comfortable.
The truth is, Candida overgrowth is persistent, and to really get ahead of it, often your cleanse will need to continue for months.
A question to you – are you also following the anti-Candida diet suggestions? You especially want to severely limit sugars and carbs, as they contribute to the very Candida overgrowth you are working so hard to eradicate.
Also, be sure to take your probiotic 2-3 hours away from your CandiGone dose, as the herbs in CandiGone are antibacterial. Don't want to work against the good guys!
Is there a particular reason you're not taking fiber? It's extremely important on a cleanse. Soluble fiber literally sops up the dead bacteria and poisons from your intestine. It's essential on a cleanse. You might find that adding fiber into your protocol might alleviate some of the digestive symptoms you're experiencing. Add it in slowly, and watch how your body responds if you choose to continue.

I'm new. I've been suffering from a systemic yeast overgrowth for a year now. I started Candigone 13 days ago. I have been taking Candigone as directed but I've also been taking one grapefruit seed extract tablet before each meal as I developed a vaginal thrush issue a week into the cleanse and was worried it wasn't working. I am taking a heavy weight probiotic but I've not been taking fiber.
I'm concerned because:
1. I have a blocked up right ear and ear pain which I usually only get when I'm run down and haven't had in many months before the cleanse;
2. my bowel movements are somewhat loose (not diaohrea, but somewhat loose);
3. my colon feels a bit 'funny'; and
4. I've had post nasal sinus drip.
Is it normal to be experiencing these symptoms at this stage of the Cleanse? And do you have any recommendations? I'd like to continue as although I'm not thrush symptom free, I've noticed a big difference since beginning the cleanse – just a bit worried about whether I am absorbing enough from the food if bowel is loose (still only one movement a day) and I'm feeling run down after almost two weeks on the cleanse?
Sorry about the too much info component, but just very keen to get better after suffering for so long and still v determined to beat the need to take diflucan!
