Dear webe0311,

The coffee issue has more to do with the acidity coffee creates, not to do with caffeine. Drinking multiple cups of coffee daily can change the pH in the digestive tract, possibly allowing for more growth of yeast.

So your one espresso is fine, decaf or regular. Just make sure your soy milk in the latte is unsweetened~

Keep up the good work!

Is it ok to drink decaf espresso and soy milk while doing the cleanse and after? Can I go back to caffeinated espresso after if I keep taking candizyme??

Thanks! I am missing my lattes!
