I just started CandiGone treatment as well as an extra strict yeast free diet. Only vegetables and complex grains. I felt fine for the first 2 days. Today (Day 3) I feel awfully tired, heavy headed and weak. Please let me know if my symptoms are normal and I can continue with this treatment. Thank you.

OfflineCandida die-off – also called Herxheimer reactions or cleansing reactions – vary widely and may include flu-like symptoms, headaches, joint and muscle pain, skin issues, and yes, digestive discomfort. However, these reactions are normal and a positive sign that the cleansing program is working and toxins are being eliminated as the candida is being killed off. If gas and bloating persists, you may wish to add a high-potency probiotic and fiber to help alleviate symptoms and restore balance to your digestive system.

It is fine if you do not complete a general cleanse before using CandiGONE. Although we typically recommend beginning with a general total-body cleanse (such as First Cleanse or CleanseSMART), it is simply a guideline, and many people begin with CandiGONE (because of their specific symptoms) and achieve positive results. It sounds like you are doing as well as possible so far, and probiotics and fiber are both great ideas for during and after the CandiGONE cleanse. Fiber especially is ideal to help reduce the die-off symptoms experienced with a cleanse like CandiGONE. Good luck!
What are teh symptoms of candida die-off? Gas / bloating? I'm curious because I have been experiencing that while on Candigone, although I've only been using it for about 1.5 weeks. Thank you.

I've been using Candigone cleanse (only, not canizyme or fiber) for about 1 to 1.5 weeks. I have had a few yeast infections over the past 6 months and more bloating / gas/ stomach upset than I've ever experienced. My dr. didn't test me for yeast, but agreed according to my symptoms I've had more yeast present. She prescribed an oral antifungal (diflucan). I was very concerned with the side effects of the medication she described and decided to try Candigone first. I did not do a cleanse before starting this. Is that a problem? I have been taking a probiotic even before I started the cleanse, but I'm still experiencing some gas, not as much bloating. Would taking fiber with the cleanse help alleviate some of this? Thank you.
