Yes, it is normal, and it could simply be that your body is better equipped to address Candida now as opposed to earlier in the year. This could be the result of other factors as well, including diet changes or the use of other supplements that may have helped reduce Candida growth in the body. The time of year is also significant, because during the holiday season people tend to consume more sugary foods—which feed Candida—and you said you cleansed in January (just after the holidays).
FiberSMART is always good to take during cleansing because fiber works to absorb toxins and waste in the body and helps to eliminate them through regular, healthy bowel movements. Fiber is also beneficial on an ongoing basis for heart health, better digestion and healthy weight management. And yes—probiotics such as acidophilus are fine to take during a cleanse and along with fiber, as the good bacteria help to crowd out harmful organisms in the body and promote optimal digestive and immune health.
When I first used candigone cleanse in January, I experience die off symptoms, now I have been using it for 2wks and I have not experience any symptoms..... is this normal? I did not use FiberSmart in January and I'm not using it now. I just order the kit you have for $80.00 so I will be using the FiberSmart for the 1st time. I'm also using Acidophilus supplement is this okay to use with the kit? Thank You
