As a general guideline, and depending upon your individual needs/health concerns, ReNew Life recommends beginning with a general total-body cleanse (2 to 4 times each year), followed by an enhanced cleansing and detoxification program (such as Liver Detox or Heavy Metal Cleanse), then a microbial cleanse to address problems with parasites and/or yeast overgrowth.

If you have already completed First Cleanse, you may move on to your next cleansing program at any time, though some people prefer to wait a week or two in between. We also recommend adding a daily fiber and oil supplement to your cleansing regimen to assist with regular elimination and overall health, and CleanseMORE can help with occasional constipation. Good luck!

What is the order in which cleanse should be used?  i.e., after FIRST CLEANSE, then what?  How long should a person continue until problem(s) eliminated?  I understand about "seasonal" cleansing (once every 3 to 4 months) but when starting out, what order should products be used?

Thank you.  Love your book, TV programs on PBS and all information.

Hi Tony,

We have a forumla that's specifically formulated for first-time cleansers, called First Cleanse. It's a two-week cleansing program that's designed for people who have never done a total-body cleanse or haven't done one in several years. The whole herbs used in this formula are gentler than the deeper-cleansing extracts that are found in other cleanses.
