Yes, some people experience mild cleansing reactions including headaches and fogginess, especially if they have never cleansed before. However, these reactions are temporary and typically last only a few days.

Our Total Body RAPID Cleanse also includes an added fiber component for enhanced detoxification support. This may contribute to gas and bloating if you are not used to getting a lot of fiber in your diet. Continue to drink plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces every day), and your symptoms should resolve. If you'd like, you may also reduce the dose by half for the remainder of the cleanse.

I'm on the 3rd day of the rapid cleanse and I'm feeling very bloated, have  a lot of gas, been experiencing headaches and a fogginess.  Is this normal?  I have been drinking alot of water.  not sure what to expected as this is my first cleanse.
