I think that is a good first step, especially if you complete CleanseSMART once per year. CandiGONE is a great microbial cleanse that helps to shift the balance in the body body back to positive, beneficial bacteria and away from yeast and other microbes. ParaGONE would also be a good choice because it has a broader range, targeting both Candida and parasites. Best of luck!

We don't position any of our cleanses as helping in any way with allergies. But if you completed our cleanses before and had some results, I would simply do them again.

Cleansing is not something that you can do once and never have to do again. Humans constantly accumulate toxins and unfriendly microbes, so generally we recommend periodic cleansing much more often, 2-4 time per year, to assist with the body's detoxification functions.
