Hello,

Can you tell me which product you are taking? When people find they are constipated during any of our cleanses we often suggest CleanseMORE to help increase elimination.

I have been doing a bowel cleanse for a week and am concerned because I am not having many bowel movements.   Is this common?  What do you recommend that I do to increase the number of bowel movements?
