Take it with your actual meal (as you are eating) or immediately before or after.

I am still a little confused with Diet Start Cleanse 1. I take it with a meal, does it mean right after I eat? Or does it mean 30minutes after I eat? Or does it mean right before I eat? Or does it mean 30 minutes before I eat?

We recommend taking DIET Start Cleanse Part 1 twice daily with a low-calorie meal, so you may take it with whichever two meals you prefer. DIET Start Cleanse part 2 should be taken in the evening before bed on an empty stomach (at least one hour after a meal).
Probiotics and multi-vitamins will not interfere with using DIET Start Cleanse, though we do recommend taking other supplements at a different time during the day, at least one hour before or after the cleansing components.
