Which cleanse did you use?  Most of our cleanses contain herbs which help up-regulate the body's cleansing organs such as the liver.  Cleansing herbs affect everyone differently so it may be that this sensation is just a "cleansing reaction" – check out this article on cleansing for first time cleansers.

First time cleanser, and did really not expect much.  But within 1/2 hour, I felt a slight "buzz" reminiscent of my college days…  Anyone else get that?  It went away after 45 minutes or so, but will that happen every day or is it a "start up thing"?
