Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 boiled egg, whole
  • 1 boiled egg, white only
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • ½ tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp. pickle relish
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Place eggs in small bowl and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
