- 1 boiled egg, whole
- 1 boiled egg, white only
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
- ½ tbsp. light mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp. pickle relish
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place eggs in small bowl and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
