Corn Silk Infusion Kidney Support

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup purified water
  • 1 tbsp. corn silk

Directions:
Place ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Folklore: Corn silk has diuretic properties and may be used as a tea infusion for urinary difficulty, high blood pressure, edema, kidney stones and gallstones.
