Serves: 2 (1-cup servings)
- 4 cups purified water
- 1 tbsp. dried anise seed
Bring water to boil in small saucepan. Add anise seeds. Turn off heat and cover with heavy lid. Steep 10 minutes. Drink up to three times a day.
