Due to busy schedules, fast food and ever-changing tastes kids can sometimes miss out on essential nutrients in the diet.     My four year old daughter has been having problems with food allergies since she was an infant. She’s had problems with eggs, soy, peanuts and seafood. The egg, soy and peanut allergies seem to be subsiding over time. But her seafood allergy is severe. At her last appointment with her allergist, he determined that she doesn’t need to eat any seafoods whatsoever. I had been giving her cod liver oil chewables prior to this diagnosis, but have since stopped. I want to find a safe option for her to allow her to get the appropropiate amount of Omega 3’s, EPA and DHA. She actually loves veggies; she eats her greens and walnuts. Any suggestions?     Well, the fact that she eats greens and walnuts is amazing! Those foods are great sources of omega-3. Try incorporating chia seeds into her diet as well. Chia seeds are the richest non-marine source of omega-3 and they’re really easy to eat. One great way to prepare them is to soak them over night in some fruit and fruit juice. The seeds soak up a lot of the water and form this gel, almost like a fruit gelatin desert. Best of luck!

    Tried your critical omega and loved except pills way too big can’t u make them smaller so we could take 2 for 1 ? I have allergies like a lot of people and my throat just chokes on your scares me and I don’t want 2 stop taking them..tried melting in coffee but no bueno! Too fishy 2 cover up taste! Got Ny ideas?
